Three newly executed agreements add RM23.24 million in new commitments, building on a foundation agreement that has already reached 60% deployment

The two companies have executed three new agreements together worth RM23.24 million in additional contracted value, lifting the combined collaboration to approximately RM30.9 million. This builds on the strong momentum of the partnership's original foundation agreement, valued at RM7.7 million, which has already achieved 60% deployment (approximately RM4.62 million now live in the market) — a milestone that validates the joint operating model and sets the stage for the next phase of growth.

Three New Agreements, One Integrated Ecosystem

Effective 30 June 2026, the newly signed agreements extend the collaboration across the full technology stack — from devices, to AI software subscriptions, to the learning content that drives adoption:

• GreenElite Pro Premium Device Fleet (Equipment Lease): A 36-month, rent-to-own lease of the GreenElite Pro device fleet valued at approximately RM4.62 million, establishing the device platform for the ecosystem.

• RAMS AI Marketplace Solutions (Master Reseller Agreement): Appointing Linear Channel as a non-exclusive authorised reseller of Ramssol's AI marketplace solutions across a committed base of 10,000 devices, representing a three-year contract value of RM12,355,200.

• RAMS AI Learning Content (Master Service Agreement): Design and delivery of structured AI learning content for the GreenElite Pro fleet, valued at RM6,268,800 across twelve milestone releases.
